Which mouse should I buy?

Tell us what you mainly use it for, wired or wireless, which hand and what you want to spend. We shortlist mice a UK shop has in stock right now, scored from their stated weight, connection and shape against today's price.

How the shortlist is chosen

We start from the 210 mice with an in-stock UK price read in the last two weeks and a stated connection, and keep the ones that match your connection, hand and budget. Left-handers only see mice that say they are made for the left hand or for either hand. For competitive shooters a lighter mouse counts most. For general gaming a weight under about 100 g and no cable both help. For work and everyday use, wireless counts most and weight hardly matters. A mouse that does not state its weight is scored as an average one. Each mouse then loses points for its price against your budget, so the list is the best fit for the money, not the dearest mouse you can afford.
